1. Transit Damage & Replacement Guarantee

All LeadX shipments are insured against heavy freight transit damage. In the unlikely event that equipment arrives with damaged powder coating or bent structural components:

• Inspect the wooden pallet crate upon delivery before signing the consignment slip.
• Note any external crate damage on the carrier Proof of Delivery (POD) slip.
• Photograph the damage and notify our Logistics Desk on WhatsApp at +91 99999 99999 within 48 hours.
• LeadX will dispatch replacement components or complete units immediately at zero additional expense to you.

2. Standard Retail Returns

Standard retail products (barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, standard benches) in original, uninstalled packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for reverse freight return charges to our Bengaluru manufacturing facility unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Commercial Custom Orders

Equipment with customized laser-cut logo plates or bespoke RAL powder coating colors is manufactured to order. While these custom orders are non-cancellable once manufacturing begins, they are fully protected by our transit damage and 10-year structural weld warranty.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days directly back to the original source bank account or via NEFT/RTGS commercial transfer.
