1. Commercial Agreement

By browsing leadxequipment.com or placing an equipment order through our website, WhatsApp checkout desk, or commercial sales representatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing and Quotations

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise on B2B institutional invoices. Commercial volume quotes remain valid for 15 days from the issue date.

3. Freight Delivery & Offloading

LeadX coordinates heavy freight delivery via reputable pan-India logistics networks. For heavy institutional shipments (over 100kg), delivery is made curbside or via hydraulic liftgate to ground level. Internal room placement and assembly require advance scheduling with our white-glove installation crew.

4. Structural Warranty Terms

• 10-Year Warranty: Structural steel frames, upright posts, and robotic structural welds against cracking or structural failure.
• 1-Year Warranty: Commercial cable crossovers, bearings, pulleys, linear guide rods, and safety spotter pins.
• 6-Month Warranty: High-density rebonded commercial foam padding and tear-resistant vinyl upholstery against manufacturing seam separation.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeadX equipment is engineered strictly for its intended athletic exercises. Proper assembly according to provided torque specifications and routine maintenance checks are the owner’s responsibility. LeadX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper equipment installation or unauthorized modifications.
